Meeting room setups

The Strandhotellet has two nice newly renovated meeting rooms.

Meeting room # 1 can accommodate the following number of persons:

Long table setup : 32
U-table setup : 24
School setup :40
Cinema setup: 60

Meeting room # 2 can accommodate the following number of persons:

Conference setup : 24
U-table setup :20
School setup :30
Cinema setup: 40

The standard equipment for meetings and conferences includes:

• Pad and pencils
• Wireless Internet
• Whiteboard
• Flip over paper
• Overhead projector

Should you need any other equipment, it can all be rented if only you order it seven days in advance of your arrival.
