Our highly trained, qualified instructors have many years of experience and always ensure that every activity is carried out correctly and safely. The physical activities differ greatly and can be combined without restriction to suit participant wishes – e.g. as a competition among several groups (rotation events). No requirements are made on the participants’ physical or mental abilities, and everyone can take part irrespective of gender and level of physical fitness.
